We are anxious to welcome you all back for the 2021 golf season. After the just past COVID Winter I am sure you are all itching to get outside and play some golf. The golf course is still too wet to safely play as I write this, but our grounds crew is out cleaning up all of the winter debris and fallen branches from the course. We have already overseeded our fairways and will be overseeding the tees starting next week. There is still some standing water on a couple of the fairways but with the recent weather, they are drying out quickly. There is rain in the forecast for Thursday and Sunday so our present best estimate on when we might be able to open is the middle of next week. Please check back after this weekend and hopefully we can open on Wednesday March 31 or April 1. We will open the tee sheet for online reservations as soon as we are confident of our opening date. Things are going well this spring. The course has dried out nicely and carts are now allowed out on the course. We have completed our overseeding of the tees and fairways and the grass will start to fill in as soil temperatures begin to rise this spring. The greens came through the winter nicely, free of disease, and are rolling nicely right now. We are enjoying some great early spring conditions so come out and get your game in order for what we hope will be a great 2021 season.
